Ontario - Events -

The format is Texas Scramble (each foursome plays as a team) with lunch snack between the nines and a short reception afterwards. We will be holding another morning business session since it was so well received last year.

Schedule:
9:30-10am	Registration
10-10:45am	Business meeting- "Regional Projects - Lessons Learned" Alistair Smith, CFO/CIO, Cambridge Memorial Hospital
11:00am	Practice facility open
11:40am	Head back to carts
12:00 noon	Shotgun start (numbers permitting);
	Snack lunch-to-go at the turn
5:30-6:30pm	Reception - snacks and prizes

Unfortunately funding did not cover all our costs last year, so we have a NEW fee structure:

$20 for HIMSS members from health provider organizations, government and agencies or other non-profits
$40 for non-members from health provider organizations, government and agencies or other non-profits (Join HIMSS at the event and play for free)
$80 for vendors and consultants
$250 buys a vendor-sponsored mixed (vendor/provider) foursome

*some employees of sponsoring companies are not subject to the fee
